Pelligra, our client, purchased an ageing building in Melbourne with the intention of revitalising its appearance. I had the privilege of travelling there to work closely with the Melbourne team. Our collaboration resulted in the creation of new branding, an Information Memorandum, an eDM, both exterior and interior renders, a landing page, and to provide creative direction for a video highlighting the charm of the historic Spring Street, also known as the Paris End.
The primary goal was to highlight its potential and entice prospective clients to consider relocating to the newly refurbished office spaces.
