Health Workforce Queensland is a not for profit, non-Government Rural Workforce Agency for primary health workforce in Queensland, focused on making sure remote, rural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island communities have access to highly skilled health professionals when and where they need them, now and into the future.

 

Annually, I had the privilege of taking the lead in conceptualising and designing the visual identity for various reports produced by Health Workforce Queensland. These reports encompassed a range of topics, including the Minimum Data Set Summary Report, Needs Assessment Report, Seasonal Edition Reports (comprising four editions), and the Annual Report.

My client and I shared a common vision of creating reports that break away from the conventional mould of being text-heavy, dull, and unengaging. Instead, we aimed to infuse them with vibrancy, fun, and approachability, utilising vivid colours and an appealing design to make the information more accessible and enjoyable to read.
